In 2001, Financier, Real Estate Developer & Art Collector Eduardo Costantini founded the Museum Of Latin American Art Buenos Aires, to which he donated his personal art collection of 200 pieces. He has brought that same artistic vision to his first developments in the U.S. “Following a trip to Gagosian Gallery in New York, I discovered that Jeff Koons was working on 4 new pieces, of which I selected 2, Pluto & Proserpina and Ballerina, for Oceana Bal Harbour,” he says. “I wanted to give the project an identity through its art.” Sister property Oceana Key Biscayne features the work of celebrated Brazilian Artist Beatriz Milhazes; OceanaResidences.com.
