Cold Heart

When the love vibes of Valentine’s Day hit Key Biscayne, forget about red wine in front of a blazing fire and think cold daiquiris in a cabana. It may not be the typical scenario for winter romance, but we’ll take the daiquiri over a blizzard any day.

1.5 oz. Chambord Raspberry Liqueur
1.5 oz. Bacardi Light Rum
1 oz. Lime Juice
2 tsp. Sugar

Mix all ingredients in blender, adding ice until desired consistency is reached. Garnish with lime and serve in champagne flutes. Serves two, of course.
