Giuffrida. As such, during his medical training, Dr. Guiffrida learned that skin cancer can be very preventable and treatable. He is now one of the few surgeons in Miami who specialize in Mohs surgery. “This procedure is a state-of-the-art skin cancer treatment in which the physician serves as surgeon, pathologist and reconstructive surgeon,” he says.
