Did you know the Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival got its modest start at the School of Hospitality on the FIU Biscayne Bay campus in 1997 as a one-day festival, known as the Florida Extravaganza? The now-legendary 2023 edition of everyone’s favorite culinary spectacular is back and better than ever, welcoming hungry revelers to eat, drink and educate, with a delicious roster of events for every taste. The 4-day festival returns to the sand with more than 100 events featuring Food Network personalities, Grammy-winning musicians, and more than 450+ chefs and wine & spirit producers.
