This special day rallied the entire Miami-Dade County community, raising more than $550,000 to support vital capital projects, like the new state-of-the-art Emergency Room at Jackson Memorial Hospital, which is slated to be the largest in the nation once completed, as well as the expansion of the Pediatric Emergency Room and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Holtz Children’s Hospital. This year, the Foundation invites you to participate, whether as a newcomer or a returning supporter. Mark your calendars for Apr. 3, as Jackson paints Miami-Dade blue with numerous events and ways to contribute countywide. There are many ways to make an impact. For music lovers, enjoy a memorable evening at the One Day for Jackson Benefit Concert on Apr.3. For sports fans, support the cause by attending the Miami Marlins game on Apr. 1, where part of the proceeds will benefit Jackson Health Foundation. Additionally, a portion of your purchases on Apr. 3 at partner locations, like Vicky Bakery, Five Guys and Sushi Maki, will automatically go toward One Day for Jackson; OneDayforJackson.org.
