Fun Afloat

Sea Ray owners don’t just buy a boat, they join a club, with many progressing to ever-larger models over time. Sea Ray owners don’t just buy a boat, they join a club, with many progressing to ever-larger models over time.

Holding a place in the lineup between an entry-level bowrider and a large express cruiser, the new Sea Ray SDX 270 affords boaters the best of both worlds, powered by a Mercury 300 hp Verado V8 outboard providing a cruising speed of 28 knots and WOT speeds up to 39 knots. An optional Verado V10 400-hp outboard is an option for even more power. With a LOA just under 30 feet and a beam of 8’ 6”, the SDX 270 ensures a stable, comfortable ride. An open layout combines a cozy bow seating area, an L-shaped lounge and facing settee just aft of the helm area, plus swim platform seating for family and friends. Removable tables and generous under-seat storage makes the boat ready for all-day adventures; SeaRay.com.
