Creative Force

Dynamic Agency Ignites Culture-Shaping Moments
For 25 years, 2R Creative has been the quiet powerhouse behind Miami’s most jaw-dropping brand activations for Miami Art Week and beyond. From Michael Kors’ full-scale beach club takeover at Joia Beach to Jo Malone London’s dreamy Frangipani installation, the agency turns bold ideas into headline-worthy experiences that feel instantly iconic. Founded by Raul Rodriguez in 2000, the firm partners with global heavyweights like Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Hermès, Cartier, Nike and Bacardi. “In today’s world, an installation isn’t just judged by the people who see it in person — social media has changed everything; every angle has to be designed for the camera,” says Rodriguez. “A successful moment now is one that resonates both physically and digitally — one that inspires guests to post, share and spread the experience far beyond the physical footprint of the event.”; 2RCreative.com.

Showcasing South Florida Artists In Style
In the midst of Miami Art Week, The Goodtime Hotel is carving out its own creative moment. The boutique retreat unveils Borderline, a cross-gallery collaboration with Queue Gallery, Supermarket Gallery and Miami Art Society, uniting 11 South Florida artists working across painting, photography, sculpture and ceramics. The collection leans into the allure of the “in-between,” introducing newly unveiled pieces from both rising talents and established creators. In signature Goodtime fashion, the exhibition transforms the hotel’s intimate interiors into a series of immersive, mood-rich vignettes that feel worlds away from the buzz outside. A lively public reception sets the tone, complete with music, light bites, complimentary sips and the full artist lineup mingling with guests. The exhibition remains open daily for visitors to wander, linger and explore through Dec. 8; TheGoodtimeHotel.com.

Sensory Immersion

An Interactive Journey of Live Art, Rhythm & Vital Impulses
An immersive, color-charged opening at Lucid Design District for CHROMA 2025: Vital Impulses in Contemporary Art blends live painting, performances and works on display by 22 international artists. Among the highlights, participating artist Kevin M. Fletcher debuts The Lunar Dream, a new portrait series exploring perception, rhythm, and emotional presence through the phases of the moon. His layered techniques and geometric compositions invite viewers to reflect on identity and transformation. During the reception, Fletcher will complete the final work in the series, painting live in Lucid’s main atrium. Select guests will be invited to add subtle marks to the background layer of the painting, essentially becoming part of the work itself in a guided and respectful way. This will offer a personal photo opportunity for visitors to pose with the canvas, feel engaged with the art experience, and foster a connection with both the artist and the gallery. “My paintings evolve through participation and perception,” he says. “When viewers contribute, even with a single brushstroke, the work becomes a living reflection of connection.”; LucidDesignDistrict.com.
