For American Heart Month, The American Heart Association is encouraging others to “Reclaim Your Rhythm.” The goal is to inspire people to make small changes that can have a real and lasting impact on their lives. What better way to do this than through the magic of music, the universal language that connects us and yields good vibes, movement and flow. “Our world is different than it was a year ago and it will keep changing,” says Jennifer Campbell, the Executive Director for American Heart Association. “We want to remind our communities to focus on their hearts and encourage them to get their families, friends and communities involved as well.” American Heart Month kicks off with National Wear Red Day on Feb. 4 when the nation comes together to ignite a wave of red from coast to coast; Heart.org.
