 1 oz Chambord Raspberry Liqueur
1 oz Chambord Raspberry Liqueur
 1/2 oz Grand Gala Triple Orange Liqueur
 1/2 oz Raspberry Purée
 Foss Marai Grand Brut Roos
Pour Chambord, Grand Gala and Purée into a cocktail shaker. Add crushed ice. Shake well. Separate the ice. Strain into a Champagne Flute or Prosecco Glass by Riedel. Top with Foss Marai Grand Brut Roos. Garnish with two raspberries.
