Real Estate Journey: “I entered the industry guided by faith when I took a summer job at a real estate company and quickly fell in love with the fast-paced, ever-changing dynamics of the field. It was the perfect blend of personal connection and professional challenge.”
What Sets You Apart?“I’m passionate about providing clients with the best experience possible, treating each transaction as unique and learning from every interaction. For me, real estate is not just about closing deals; it’s about fostering connections that endure well beyond the transaction.”
Most Rewarding Part Of The Job? “I don’t measure success by the millions in sales or closed deals. For me, true success lies in the relationships I’ve built with my fellow realtors and customers — they are at the heart of everything I do.”
Lessons Learned: “In an industry where every detail matters, trusting others with aspects of the work has been a real growth experience. But I’ve come to see that effective delegation allows me to serve my clients even better and focus on what I do best!”
Predictions For 2025 & Beyond: “Miami is evolving rapidly, transforming into one of the most beautiful and dynamic cities in the world. Its unique blend of cultures and continuous growth will make it an increasingly attractive place to live, work and invest.”

Real Estate Journey: “In 1980, during a college break, I was working the front desk of the Commodore West when Al Martinez convinced me to take a real estate course. Within a few months, my license was placed with Iriondo & Associates, serving as a secretary for $100 per week. I completed my first sale 3 months later!”
What Sets You Apart?“I believe my longevity sets me apart. I’ve had 44 years to learn Key Biscayne and everyday activities and practices. Each day in this business is a learning experience!”
Most Rewarding Part Of The Job? “Finding buyers the perfect home and helping sellers move on with their lives. Everyone buys or sells for a reason. It’s satisfying to know you’ve helped with major, life-changing decisions.”
Lessons Learned: “I always listen to the customers — the information they provide assists in helping them make the right decisions!”
Predictions For 2025 & Beyond: “Many owners are sitting on 3% to 4% fixed rate mortgages and have huge gains in their properties. At the current time, only $250,000 to $500,000 of the gain can be taken tax-free. The balance is subject to long-term capital gains taxes. Many owners have homesteaded their properties and have locked in a very low assessed value. All of these factors are contributing to very low levels of inventory and low turnover. Unless there’s a huge reduction in interest rates, I expect this trend to continue!”
