They make dog-washing an enjoyable experience for pooch and parent alike. The K9 Bath Center was created to address two issues: keeping rescue dogs clean and creating a way to provide the founder’s teenage son with hands-on experience in starting and running a business. “We offer an indoor, comfortable, safe and unique experience, allowing pet parents to bond with their furry companions during bath time,” says Founder Vanessa Moya. “Our state-of-the-art facilities have everything you need: shampoo, conditioner, blow dryers, brushes, and much more.” This includes an apron so owners don’t get soaked as they bathe their canine companions. The convenience is further enhanced with no appointment required. The stations are open from 7 a.m. for before-work primping to 10 p.m. for late-night cleanups; $25 for 25 minutes; Brickell: 40 SW 13th Street; Coral Gables: 3095 SW 39th Ave.; K9BathCenter.com.
