Lightkeepers at The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne shines with new menu items, revamped Happy Hour specials and the return of its popular Sunday Brunch buffet.

When it was announced that New Orleans native Chef David Martin was reworking the menu at Lightkeepers in Key Biscayne, foodies rejoiced. Some of the newest dishes to grace the dinner menu include a Salmon Poke Bowl, Ropa Vieja Empanadas and Shrimp Buns. Featured new entrees include Seared Triple Tail, Chicharron Crusted Cobia & Prawns, and Josper Roasted Lamb Chops. Back by popular demand, the Sunday Bottomless Buffet Brunch is available from Noon-4 p.m. and priced at $105 per adult and $49 per child (ages 5 -12), excluding tax and gratuity. Weekly Happy Hour specials include Wine Down Wednesdays (half off select bottles of wine and bar bites from 5:30 p.m.-9 p.m.); Toast It Up Thursdays ($2 Bubbles & Oysters and discounted select beverages and bites from 5 p.m.-9 p.m.); and Bottomless Seafood Fridays & Sundays ($69 Bottomless Seafood Tower from 5 p.m.-10 p.m.).
