Inspired by world-renowned artist Jeff Koon’s multi-million dollar Seated Ballerina that will reside in Oceana Bal Harbour’s beachside garden, the new residents-only restaurant Ballerina at Oceana Bal Harbour, designed by world-famous designer Piero Lissoni and Starr Catering, is one of the few residential restaurants in Miami to have a liquor license.
