Inspired by Key Biscayne’s renowned laid-back sophistication, the new design elements of the island’s landmark Ritz-Carlton will feature subtle beach tones of blues with pops of green, blending into the surrounding lush, tropical landscape. The rooms will be peaceful oases that speak to the casual, yet elegant beach style of The Key. The new restaurant concept is focused on coastal cuisine, with a robust cocktail program, modern indoor/outdoor bar and two private dining rooms. The goal is to become a casual dining establishment that welcomes both guests and is, at the same time, a popular community gathering spot for locals to get together in celebration of food, friendship and retreat; all while being immersed in the history of Key Biscayne.
