Q: What are you most excited about with your new position?
A: “I’m incredibly grateful to continue the legacy that my father began over 40 years ago. I’m honored to work alongside my brother, Jon Paul, and lead the region’s preeminent condominium development team.”
Q: What role does family play?
A: “We grew up in this area and now, I want to do the same with my wife, Kastyn, and our two young children. Our entire family loves to eat, travel and spend time together. And funny enough, this is where a lot of our ideas come from. For example, NoMad NYC was our go-to hotel for many years. We loved how they handled F&B and how it really made you feel like you were in someone’s home. When the opportunity came up to partner with a boutique brand for a Wynwood project, there was only one we were interested in.”
Q: Which of your new projects are you most excited about?
A: “The St. Regis Residences, Miami epitomizes elegant living by delivering world-class design and an impeccable service experience to South Brickell’s beautiful coastline. We’re collaborating with the Rockwell Group and Robert A.M Stern Architects to create a truly iconic tower. The Residences will feature panoramic bay views, an exclusive fine-dining restaurant by Michelin-starred chef Fabio Trabocchi, an on-property private marina, and 60,000+ square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities.”
