The Miami Symphony Orchestra (MISO), the Official Symphony Orchestra of the City of Miami, proudly celebrates Maestro Eduardo Marturet’s 20th Anniversary as Music Director & CEO.

Since 2006, Maestro Marturet has transformed MISO into one of Miami’s most dynamic cultural institutions, acclaimed for diverse programming, world premieres, and meaningful community connections. His leadership has inspired collaborations with international soloists, groundbreaking Latin American premieres, and unique cross-genre projects reflecting Miami’s multicultural spirit. The 2025–26 season at the Adrienne Arsht Center’s Knight Concert Hall will honor the milestone with 4 major events. The Grand Season Opening on Nov. 16, features Wagner, Dvorák and Rachmaninoff with cellist Anna Litvinenko. On Feb. 1, Latin American Soundscapes will showcase pianist Juan Diego Molina and bassist Rodner Padilla. American Promise follows on Mar. 8, highlighting new commissions, while the Grand Season Finale on May 3 concludes with Britten, a Chick Corea–inspired premiere, and Brahms’ Symphony No. 3. MISO will also celebrate the Centennial of Coral Gables with a concert at Venetian Pool. Additional open-air concerts will be held at Doral Central Park, Flagler Street, and other venues to be announced.
