Life Balance

I’m a firm believer that the best thing you can do for your health is to create balance in your life, to set up a routine.

Each quarter I try to re-evaluate my workflow, my leisure time, my exercise schedule, my time spent with family and friends. If I’m finding that for one reason or another I’m too focused on one aspect of my life over the others, I look at why that is and try to get back on track. There’s no perfect formula or master plan. It’s just something you try to work on each day…with every choice, with every decision, with every invitation, gesture and smile. If you don’t sort things out and start consciously trying to find balance between yourself, work, home, passions, pastimes and all the people in your life, you might just have some new priorities to worry about.
