1.5 oz Drambuie
2 oz Lime Juice
1 tbs White Sugar
1 Egg White
1 stalk Currant
1 drop Bitters
Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice and shake very well until cold and foamy. Pour into a double old-fashioned glass and garnish with mint.
