Lusty Pisco Sour

This Chilean and Peruvian classic is brought to the next level with the addition of Drambuie. Its beautiful red color and slightly sweet flavor makes it perfect for this time of year when love is in the air.

5 oz Pisco
1.5 oz Drambuie
2 oz Lime Juice
1 tbs White Sugar
1 Egg White
1 stalk Currant
1 drop Bitters
Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice and shake very well until cold and foamy. Pour into a double old-fashioned glass and garnish with mint.
