All 500+ varieties of mangos are so delicious that it’s hard to believe they’re also one of the healthiest fruits you can eat. They were first grown in India over 5,000 years ago, and a basket of mangoes is considered a gesture of friendship in many countries around the world. With their endless benefits and their tasty notes, mangos can help you clear clogged pores and purify skin. Simply slice a mango and place it on your face for 10 minutes before washing off. It’s up to you if you want to eat it after. Once your face is under control, take advantage of the extra enzymes that help break down protein to get your digestion under control, strengthen your Immune system and keep seasonal colds astray. As if that weren’t enough, mangoes are also high in sight-preserving Vitamin A, so you can spot a good one a mile away. And, yes, folks, mangoes are a verified aphrodisiac, not just on a Seinfeld episode, but in real life. Go ahead, get out there and grab as many mangoes as you can. You can never have too many ready to devour when a craving strikes.
