You couldn’t pick a more beautiful spot for a run: The historic Cape Florida Lighthouse in gorgeous Bill Baggs State Park. That’s where the 35th Annual Key Biscayne Lighthouse Run will reach its conclusion on Nov. 10. The 10K/5K run is also a great day out, with free admission to the park and a host of events, including music and well-earned massages for runners after the race. Plus, if you participate, you’ll also be supporting a good cause — all the proceeds from the run go to support charities like Friends of Cape Florida, The Key Biscayne Community Foundation and Island Angels; Registration is $25; KBLHR.com.
