1.5 oz Botran Reserva
1 oz Passion Fruit Puree
¾ oz Lime Juice
¾ oz Mint Simple Syrup
2 dashes of Angustora Bitters
Top w/ Ginger Beer
Blend Botran Reserva with fresh passion fruit, add a touch of lime zest and mint syrup. Spike with spicy ginger beer and finish off with two dashes of Angustora.
