As holiday lights illuminated the palm trees and kissed the balmy night sky, Key Biscayners got all dressed up to celeberate philanthropic endeavors in paradise.

The Related Group celebrated 3 milestones with groundbreakings at Brickell Heights and Paraiso Bay followed by the launch of their latest project, Paraiso Bayviews with Designer Karim Rashid.

The Related Group and Karim Rashid celebrated the opening of MyBrickell, the first condo completed in the area in over 7 years. Rashid designed the interior common spaces for the luxury condo and surprised guests at the event with a preview of his new album, his first foray into the music industry.

Hundreds of South Florida’s real estate elite gathered at BrickellHouse for a spectacular party under the stars hosted by Newgard Development Group and Cervera Real Estate. Guests enjoyed an evening of live music by Miami’s own DJ Le Spam of Spam Allstars, as well as delicious cocktails and gourmet cuisine from some of Miami’s finest food trucks.
