Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices EWM Realty invited guests to an evening with President Ron Shuffield to discuss the current Key Biscayne and South Florida real estate markets, including thoughts for the market in 2020 and beyond.

For the 4th year in a row, EWM was voted “Best Brokerage” by South Florida’s real estate leaders. The No. 1 ranking was unveiled in The Miami Herald’s annual “Real Estate Study” conducted by Bendixen & Amandi International. EWM’s Key Biscayne office gathered to receive the award recognition.

EWM hosted an informative seminar on Tax Reform Law and its implications on the real estate market and Miami-Dade’s ordinance on Section 8 Housing Discrimination.
