Fundación Manos Del Sur commemorated its 20th Anniversary in conjunction with La Virgen De Guadalupe annual celebration at a special event hosted by Silvia Pesci.

Fundacion Manos Del Sur held their annual celebration to honor La Virgen De Guadalupe, with all proceeds benefiting Mexico: Hogar La Divina Providencia and Argentina: Para Los Chicos Un Futuro Mejor.

Barnes Int’l Realty’s Art Department hosted an exhibition by Key Biscayne resident Florencia Godward entitled It’s A Small World After All.

The Key Biscayne Art Festival at the Village Green presented a diverse mix of arts, crafts, music and food for the community to enjoy.

Virgen De Guadalupe & Fundacion Manos Del Sur held their annual fundraising event at Norma Henriquez’s Key Biscayne residence with proceeds going toward helping needy children from Mexico.

Eoghan & Barbara Clear arrived from Dublin, Ireland, to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day at The Batalha residence in Key Biscayne. Everyone wore green, listened to Irish music and enjoyed refreshing pints of Guinness.

Mike Aixala & Brigitte Nachtigall hosted a fundraiser for State Attorney Kathy Fernandez Rundle at their home on Harbor Drive. Friends and family gathered to meet the State Attorney and to learn about all the things that her office does to help and keep our community safe.

Fernando Tamames III celebrated his 50th birthday, which was held at The Links Restaurant as a surprise party hosted by his closest friends and family. Additionally in attendance were several of his childhood friends who flew in from Spain to join the event and family members from Colombia.

Karla Bueno celebrated her 40th birthday at her Key Biscayne residence with her friends and family during a joyous gathering complete with singing, dancing and entertainment. All the guests received a CD with Karla’s favorite songs.

The 5th Annual Nicaraguan breakfast, bazaar, raffle and fashion show by Coco Paris at Rusty Pelican was a success that benefitted Manos del Sur Nicaragua-Asociacion Pan y Amor.

Ricardo Reinerman, Maria Claudia Dell’Oca and Florencia Godward organized a beautiful surprise birthday party for Elena Reinerman! It was a magnificent dinner at Zucchero Restaurant, with music, dancing and incredible fun. Elena’s closet family and friends all gathered to celebrate and had a magical time!

The Rotary Club of Key Biscayne held their 5th Annual Key Biscayne Wine, Food & Silent Auction. Proceeds benefitted Shake-A-Leg in Miami and Fundacion Manos del Sur’s educational programs in Nicaragua, called Pan y Amor.

The trio of Annie Gonzalez, Patricio Waterhouse & Martin Ferrari celebrated their birthdays simultaneously at a wonderful party filled with family and friends. It was a night of many cheers, tons of laughter, delicious food, incredible music and a night of celebrating life and friendship.

Ana and Clay Tootle hosted a magnificent, fun and unforgettable party at their home in Key Biscayne to celebrate Ana’s 40th B-day. It was back to the ‘80’s with the dress code and music coupled with dancing, laughter and dinner.

St. Agnes Parish just celebrated 60 years of Sister Marie Angela’s religious profession. It was a magical and festive evening where guests got to enjoy flamenco dancers, great music and a fabulous dinner by Mena Catering. There was also dancing and singing throughout the evening, which was full of excitement and surprises.

Manos Del Sur and Key Biscayne residents hosted a lunch and bazaar to raise funds to help in-need children all over the world. The event honored Our Lady of Guadalupe, on her day, Dec. 12.

Florencia Godward hosted a party for her husband, Marcos, who celebrated his 50th birthday surrounded by family and friends including their four children: Chloe, Felix, Ivan and Beltran. Guests enjoyed music, dancing and dinner throughout the night.
