Gastón Javier Sánchez and Liz Kidder announced their engagement at the Borroto home in Key Biscayne. The couple is moving to Murphy, N.C., to launch Gaston’s, a gourmet Cuban restaurant.

The XXIV International Hispanic Theatre Festival of Miami was a resounding success this year! The organization will receive the prestigious FIT de Cadiz-Atahualpa del Cioppo Award in Oct. for its contribution to the Hispanic theatre movement in America.
