Island Wonderland
The 28th Annual Key Biscayne Winterfest will be a festive occasion to remember. The fun kicks off on “Winterfest Eve” with special performances by Decatones and Lou’s Dogs on the main stage, as well as sparkling lights, games and rides to thrill all. On Sunday, the big man arrives as Santa Claus listens to the wishes and dreams of the island’s children (with plenty of photo opps!). Entertainment is provided by local schools and organizations with culinary delights and beverages available for every taste. The treasured festival brings residents together in a joyful celebration of community spirit and holiday traditions in the heart of Key Biscayne. Taking place at Monaco Square and Paradise Park; Winterfest Eve, Dec. 7 from 6 p.m.-10 p.m.; Santa, Dec. 8 @ 4:30 p.m. followed by the Tree Lighting at 6 p.m. Arrive early to take advantage of all the interactive lineup of programming and activities for the entire family.
Festive Indulgence
Celebrate the season at Boulud Sud Miami, where holiday classics meet Mediterranean flair, creating memorable gatherings in the heart of Downtown Miami. Holiday Classic
Get whisked away by the joy of the Sugarplum Fairy and the wonder of graceful snowflakes falling in George Balanchine’s The Nutcracker as interpreted by the Miami City Ballet. The stage is resplendent with over 100 energetic dancers, and eye-popping scenic elements that expertly mix grandeur, warmth and imagination, as the spirit of childhood comes alive.
