Iconic Festival
After a rigorous selection process, 285 artists across all disciplines, including mixed media, painting, photography, digital art, printmaking, ceramics and sculpture, have been selected for the 61st Annual Coconut Grove Arts Festival. “One of my favorite (and hardest) moments each year is hitting that ‘send’ button to notify the artists,” says Executive Director Camille Marchese. “This festival is highly competitive, and with so many talented applicants, not everyone makes the cut.” While many familiar faces return, fresh talent join each year — including over 100 artists new to the festival; Feb. 15-17; CGAF.com.

The Women Photographers: Shared Documentary Narratives showcase at HistoryMiami seeks to challenge traditional notions of documentary photography by providing tools to aid viewers in interpreting Miami’s multifaceted identity on their own terms. The exhibition showcases the impactful work of three prominent South Florida photographers — Maggie Steber, Silvia Lizama and Peggy Levison Nolan — and emerging talents Elisa Benedetti, RemiJin Camping and Sofia Valiente. Female Empowerment
The 2025 Miami City Ballet Winter Mix continues their dedication to being a preeminent interpreter of the Balanchine repertory by staging a pair of the legendary choreographer’s works in one bill. Honoring his belief that “ballet is woman” are the famous Walpurgisnacht Ballet, and the 20th Anniversary of adding La Valse to the company repertoire, where more than 30 dancers again take on the romance and dark mystery of a disintegrating waltz set to a haunting Maurice Ravel score.
