Developed by Ugo Colombo, the intimate collection of just 65 residences brings a contemporary expression of waterfront living to Grove Isle, pairing privacy, craftsmanship and sweeping Biscayne Bay views with a highly curated lifestyle. That experience now extends beyond the residences with the opening of La Sponda, a new waterfront Italian restaurant by Gioia Hospitality Group, the team behind Daniel’s Miami. Designed by Martin Brudnizki Design Studio, the 120-seat restaurant draws inspiration from Italy, with handcrafted furnishings, imported stone and artisan finishes complementing a culinary program centered on handmade pastas, seafood and regional Italian traditions. The island’s lifestyle is further complemented by the Grove Isle Racquet & Yacht Club, a private club that builds on Grove Isle’s longstanding sporting and social traditions with tennis, padel and pickleball, along with member programming and events. Together, Vita, La Sponda and the Grove Isle Racquet & Yacht Club mark a new chapter for Grove Isle, recapturing the island’s longtime reputation as one of Miami’s most coveted places to live, dine and socialize while reimagining it for a new generation; VitaGroveIsle.com.
