“The most fulfilling part of my job is to have the chance to create projects with a leader and visionary like Jorge Pérez,” say Carlos Rosso. “Our developments create neighborhoods and will define Miami’s skyline for years to come.” They recently celebrated the completion of IconBay in Edgewater and are preparing to open a pair of more fantastic condo towers: Marea and One Ocean, designed by celebrated Mexican Architect Enrique Norton, and featuring lavish interior designs by Yabu Pushelberg. The 4th and final addition to The Related Group’s Paraiso community in the hot East Edgewater neighborhood is the Arquitectonica-designed 55-story Gran Paraiso that will feature a lush “Garden Of Eden”-inspired landscape by Swiss import Enzo Enea; residences and public spaces by Italian visionary Piero Lissoni; and shared amenities including a bayfront park, private marina and an exclusive waterfront beach club designed by globally recognized NYC design boutique, Meyer Davis Studios. There will also be a restaurant by James Beard Award-winning Chef Michael Schwartz on site; RelatedGroup.com.
