Children’s book illustrator, fine artist, muralist, shoe designer, artistic entrepreneur — Isa Zapata’s creative career spans many mediums in the art world and her latest collection is no exception. She’s created a specialty mask line that is sure to put a smile on everyone’s face — even when it’s covered up! Made with love in Miami, these cheerful, comfortable and washable masks are created with double fabric for extra protection. The outside features tropical sublimated fabric and the lining is made of double-brushed super soft fabric and elastic ear loops. “My philosophy is that if we are going to have to wear masks for the greater good and wellbeing of society, to protect ourselves and others, we might as well make it fun,” says the artist, whose work has touched people far and wide around the world including J-Lo, Sharon Stone and Anna Farris, among many other celebrities and influencers. “We hope our masks bring in a little joy during these difficult times!” Pictured here, counterclockwise from top: “Spread Love”; “Doggie Selfie”; and “No Makeup, No Problem.” Custom orders available; [email protected].

When Elia Returned
On the edge of the Miami River, where sun meets memory, her spirit lingers. Elia — radiant, free, unforgettable. We chose the restaurant Elia on the River as the setting for this story, drawn to its ability to embody both the romance and the raw beauty we imagined. With its stunning waterfront views and a menu that marries coastal flavors with the richness of locally sourced ingredients, Elia on the River offers more than just a dining experience — it creates a world where every detail feels intentional, layered, and alive.
