For 3 days, the skies over New Smyrna Beach will come alive with a fabulous array of aircraft — from brightly colored hot-air balloons to aviation classics like B-25 bombers and American Airlines DC-3s. It’s the annual Balloon & Sky Fest, an exciting and entertaining event for people of all ages, packed with opportunities for you and your family to take to the sky whether in a balloon, helicopter or classic plane. When you’re on the ground, you won’t lack for things to do, with plenty of options for food, animal encounters and fun games for kids.
